Personal data processing in terms of construction contracts is no joke. The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is a set of standards which govern the rules for dealing with the processing of personal data for EU citizens. The standards contained within the regulation came into force on 25 May 2018.
These rules also apply to our activities, and the processing of information for our customers. The principal aspects of our activities which we consider most important in terms of fulfilling GDPR requirements are clearly given below.
